Profile:
Mr. Pullen has been engaged in the practice of law since 1998. Mr. Pullen's experience includes the
prosecution and defense of cases involving stockbroker fraud, will contests, deceptive trade practices,
product liability, employment matters and complex business litigation. Mr. Pullen also handles various corporate matters for his clients. Mr. Pullen's practice also includes the representation of physicians and other medical providers in administrative, regulatory, and peer review proceedings.
Mr. Pullen received his Juris Doctor from South Texas College of Law, cum laude, in 1998, where he served as Articles Editor
for the South Texas Law Review. Mr. Pullen was a member of three National Moot Court Teams and is a member of the Order
of the Barristers.
Mr. Pullen began his career as a briefing attorney for Chief Justice Michael H. Schneider of the Court of Appeals for the
First Judicial District of Texas. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Pullen was a partner in a national law firm based in San
Antonio.
Mr. Pullen is admitted to practice in the United States District Courts for the Western, Eastern and Southern Districts
of Texas. He is also a member the State Bar of Texas and the American, Federal, and San Antonio Bar Association.
Mr. Pullen has been selected as a Texas Super Lawyer - Rising Star for 2006, 2007 and 2008.
Mr. Pullen serves as the Immediate Past President of the Board of Directors of the San Antonio Children's Museum, and is also a
member of the board of directors of three other local non-profit organizations.
