Background:
Mr. Jones concentrates his practice primarily in the areas of finance and commercial real estate law. He devotes much of his time to real estate sales and acquisitions, commercial real estate development, commercial lease transactions, asset based lending transactions and affordable housing transactions utilizing low income housing tax credits (LIHTC). Mr. Jones represents sophisticated developers and equity investors in the acquisition, financing, development, operation and sale of commercial properties, including retail, office, industrial and multifamily properties.

Recently, Mr. Jones has been providing advice to private equity clients relating to the purchase and sale of debt, including debt in distressed situations, claims trading and claims against borrowers.
