Background:
Mr. Jones concentrates his practice primarily in the area of banking and finance, and commercial real estate law. He devotes much of his time to real estate sales and acquisitions, commercial and residential real estate development, commercial lease transactions, asset based lending transactions and affordable housing transactions utilizing low income housing tax credits (LIHTC). Recently, Mr. Jones has been active in many 1031-exchange transactions involving national credit tenants under triple-net (NNN) leases, ground leases and sale-leasebacks.
