Complex Commercial Litigation

A substantial part of PCP&B's commercial litigation experience has been devoted to resolving a variety of business tort-claims, from tortious interference, fraud, and breach of fiduciary duty claims, to more complex unfair competition, alter ego, and antitrust claims. PCP&B also has extensive experience representing plaintiffs and defendants in connection with violations of the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act ("DTPA"), the Texas Residential Construction Liability Act ("RCLA"), the Racketeer Influenced & Corrupt Organizations Act ("RICO"), the Securities Exchange Acts of 1933 and 1934, and the Commodity Exchange Act, among others.
