Background:
Helen Schwartz's practice focuses primarily on bankruptcy and commercial litigation in the context of bankruptcy proceedings. As a Chapter 7 Panel Trustee for the United States Bankruptcy Courts, in the Western District of Texas, San Antonio Division, Mrs. Schwartz has extensive first chair trial experience in litigation matters and has successfully handled a number of appeals in both bankruptcy and non-bankruptcy cases. In addition to her Chapter 7 trustee duties, Ms. Schwartz also represents creditors and debtors in proceedings under Chapters 7, 11 and 13 of the United States Bankruptcy Code.
